Dealmaking is one of the most dynamic and fast-moving areas of corporate activity. We seek to acquire a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and the issues facing them in order to create complete, innovative solutions, relying on our skills in strategic planning and transaction management.
While much of McCabe's corporate finance activity revolves round the raising of funds for clients within the ITMM (Information, Telecommunication, Media and Technology) sectors, the firm has also delivered solutions for clients in a broad range of other sectors, deal types ranging through mergers, disposals, start-ups and every variation of buy-in or buy-out, frequently making use of in-depth research to identify opportunities.
The department is headed by the firm's managing partner, the vastly experienced Jeff Meek, one of McCabes' co-founders. It aims to provide close support to clients giving them confidence whatever their aims and whatever the level of their aspirations.
